Clean Label Bases

These are special bases developed to fit the new concept „clean label", from natural ingredients and additive free. We created this complex solution by blending natural fibers with native starches, to achieve the thickening and tensioactive functions which usually were accomplished by additives. Designed for hot preparation, all natural and using fructose for sweetening, the Clean Label stabilizers represent the future of ice cream and have been studied by our Competence Center especially for those customers who love nature without compromise.
