The Company

Founded in 1995, our group of companies offers ingredients and raw materials covering all branches of the food industry.

We provide a wide range of flavors, ingredients and semi-finished products, such as:

  • fruit fillings, fruit preparations;
  • ready-to-use creams;
  • premixes;
  • flavors (liquid, powder or paste);
  • bases, stabilizers;
  • toppings, coatings and glazes;
  • savory flavors and blends, seasonings, etc.

Our offer includes products, know-how, recipes, innovations, tailor-made concepts, technological support and assistance.

History

From flavors selling, it was just a small step to develop the product range, by adding other ingredients, in order to offer a “concept of products” for each branch of food industry.

In 1998 we became Backaldrin® Austria representative in Romania, a very known supplier of improvers, premixes, filings and ingredients for bakery world.

Backaldrin® is one of the leading manufacturers of ingredients for bakery and pastry products and operates successfully in more than 90 countries worldwide

Backaldrin® is also well known as the inventor of the Kornspitz grain roll, the most successful brand-name roll in Europe.

Backaldrin® offers more than 600 products to commercial and industrial bakeries all over the world.

The Competence Center

By creating the Competence Center, our aim was to offer our customers a comprehensive platform for the exchange of experiences, specialized training, courses and applications.

The core of our Competence Center consists of technologists, food specialists and researchers.

The Center includes application laboratories for ice-cream, beverages, sweets, meat products and bakery, and the large amphitheater which is the dedicated area for presentations, tastings and demonstrations.

Our amphiteater, with over 100 seats, is a meeting center for the food industry, where we present innovations, trends, concepts, new products and modern production techniques.

Over 1000 visitors yearly, from all over the world, come to participate in seminars, tests, discussions, to build together concepts and ideas for business development.
