Vegan PRO for Pastry

One of the most requested solutions from our clients, was to create Fine Pastry that could fit the Vegan Pro concept. This way the Vegan Pro Pastry Concept was born. The concept is based on solutions for biscuit base, that are completely vegan and use a mixture of nuts to give an extra premium feeling to the base, as well as creams based on coconut milk. Coconut milk-based cream was used in order to create a taste combination suitable for people who chose a vegan lifestyle. Another added benefit of Vegan Pro products for pastry is that they are also part of CremoLinea’s ExpertLight concept for pastry. Therefore, these ingredients have less than 5% total sugars, that come from natural sweeteners.
